How do I activate it?

You don’t have to do anything as the Fidelity Card is automatically activated when you create your account.

Every time you make an order you will automatically receive points in the following ways: you will receive a point for every euro spent (1€). Every 100 points you can convert them into a discount worth 4€.

For example if you make an order worth 200€ you will receive 200 points, which once you convert them into a discount will be worth 8 euros.

It is obviously possible to cumulate your points with several orders to increase the value of the final discount.

In order to accumulate points you need to log-in with the same account otherwise the points will be accredited to the various accounts you use. Once the order is confirmed the points are automatically credited to your fidelity card and will be available (to convert into a discount) once the order has been paid and dispatched. Every 100 points they can be converted into discounts to use on future orders.

From this point you can convert your points into a discount and use them for future orders on non discounted full price items. The points will not be accumulated when buying sale items.

How to use my points?

The points need to be converted into a discount and used within 6 months, after which they will no longer be valid.
